Should you receive a different item than you ordered, first of all, we will be deeply embarrassed! Please contact us to let us know us right away. We'll also need you to quickly (within the same week of you notifying us) send the wrong item back to us using the same form of mail and in the original package we used to send it to you.

As soon as we receive your package we'll compare it against your order, and if found to indeed be the wrong item we'll immediately send you the correct item along with a check for your expense in shipping the item back to us and a coupon or other item for your trouble. We recognize this is a hassle for you and we'll want to make it right for you as quickly as possible.

However, please note that if the item arrives and it in fact matches your order, we will mail it back to you with a note explaining this, and the shipping cost you paid to send it back to us will not be refunded. There is a two-incident limit for this kind of occurence; after that, we will not be able to fulfill orders from you but instead will ask you to please order our books from another source.
