We take extra care in our customer service and always want your experience with our bookstore to be phenomenal! To that end we offer a return, refund, and cancellation policy that we believe is fair to both us and you, as our valued customer.

Cancellation  

We do offer a cancellation policy. If you change your mind or would like to amend your order, as long as you let us know before we ship your order, we will cancel your order or adjust it to your specifications and either give you a credit or refund the proper amount to your credit card, whichever you designate.

Refunds and returns     

If we correctly fulfill your order and do not receive a cancellation from you before the order is shipped, we generally do not offer refunds. If you don't find the ordered item(s) to your liking, though, please email us and we will earnestly try to work with you to find a solution that is fair and satisfactory to us both. In the event a refund is given, though, the returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition as we will resell such items.

We do have replacement policies for items which are damaged upon arrival to you, for items which are different than that which you ordered, and for non-arrival of items. Please click on the links below to view these policies:

Refusal of shipment

We must ask you not to refuse any packaged order once it arrives. This is to protect you, because the item may not be returned to us correctly and if so, we won't be able to give you a replacement or refund.

Quick response and extra care        

Remember, we want your shopping experience with us to exceed your expectations and certainly to be trouble-free! Problems are rare but when they happen, we quickly respond and try hard to correct the matter with as little hassle possible to you.
